How it works

Pick the carrier. The app asks for exactly the shots that carrier requires.
Take them in order — contents, packing, sealed box, label.
The record starts counting down your filing deadline the moment you create it.
When a claim shows up, export the record as a PDF or a ZIP and send it wherever it needs to go.

Your photos stay on your phone. No account, no server, nothing to sign in to. We never receive your photos or the names you type in. Read the Privacy Policy — it's short.

Free and paid

Free covers three active records at a time. Photos, PDFs, and exports stay free on both plans — paid is about how many records you keep. A subscription raises the limit and adds archiving and batch export.

Carrier rules change. If you find a deadline or a required photo that no longer matches what your carrier publishes, tell us and we'll check it.
